You do not need to arrive with a perfect brief. A photo, a sentence, a screenshot or a mildly chaotic explanation is usually enough to start.

I ask the useful questions and work out what the project actually needs.
The idea becomes something polished, personal and suspiciously official.

A lot of what I create starts with a small moment, a memory, a team, a gift idea or something that clearly had bigger plans.
After years of making things for friends, family, teams and the occasional idea that refused to leave me alone, Sideline Studios became the very official, slightly alarming home for the work.
It does not need to be perfect, polished or fully planned. It can be oddly specific, wildly sentimental, slightly chaotic or currently living as a screenshot in your camera roll.
Those are usually the good ones.
