This policy explains how physical, digital and custom orders are delivered.

Some things are posted. Some things are downloaded. Some things require a brief, a proof and a very normal amount of overthinking first.

Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the product.

Estimated timeframes will be listed on the product page or confirmed after your custom brief is reviewed.

Custom work does not begin until all required details, files and payment have been received.

Custom Order Timeframes

Custom orders may include:

• custom player cards

• team card sets

• posters and prints

• packaging design

• event details

• social graphics

• editable templates

• one-off design projects

Turnaround time depends on the size of the project, current workload, proofing time, revisions, printing and delivery.

If you have a deadline, please include it when ordering or enquiring.

Urgent timelines may be possible, but rush fees may apply.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered by download link, email, Canva link or another digital delivery method.

Digital products may include:

• printable files

• digital player cards

• Canva templates

• SVG cut files

• digital prints

• social media templates

• instruction files

No physical item will be posted for digital download products.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. The digital file cannot send itself to the right place through sheer determination.

Physical Products

Physical products may include:

• printed player cards

• holographic cards

• printed posters

• printed packaging items

• other printed pieces

Shipping costs and delivery options will be shown at checkout where available, or quoted separately for custom orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the selected postage method and destination.

Sideline Studios is not responsible for postal delays once an order has been handed over to the delivery provider.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help track it down.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected orders if arranged beforehand.

If available, pickup details will be confirmed once your order is ready.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Sideline Studios is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been posted, we will update it where possible.

Damaged Items

If your physical order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number

• photos of the damaged item

• photos of the packaging

• a description of the issue

We will review the issue and advise the next step.

 

Digital Download Policy

Sideline Studios sells digital products including printables, templates, artwork files and design downloads.

This policy explains how those files can be used.

What Is a Digital Download?

A digital download is a product supplied electronically. No physical item will be posted.

Digital products may include:

• printable wall art

• digital posters

• Canva templates

• SVG files

• social media templates

• invitation templates

• certificate templates

• digital player cards

• instruction PDFs

No postie involvement. Very peaceful.

Delivery

After purchase, you will receive access to the digital file, download link, Canva template link or instruction file.

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

If you do not receive your download, please check your junk or spam folder first. If it still has not arrived, contact us.

Canva Templates

Some products may require Canva to edit.

You may need a free Canva account unless the product listing states otherwise.

Please read the listing carefully before purchasing.

Printing Digital Files

Digital files can be printed at home or through a professional print supplier.

Colours may vary slightly between screens, printers, inks and paper types.

Sideline Studios is not responsible for print results from third-party printers, home printers or incorrect print settings.

Printers do enjoy having opinions. Unfortunately.

Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated, digital files are for personal use only.

You may:

• download the file for your own use

• print it for yourself

• use it for your own event, home, team or personal project

• save a backup copy for yourself

You may not:

• resell the file

• share the file with others

• upload the file to public download sites

• edit the file for resale

• claim the design as your own

• use the file commercially

• include the design in products for sale

Commercial Use

Commercial use is not included unless clearly stated in the product listing or agreed in writing.

If you need a commercial licence, please contact Sideline Studios before purchasing.

Refunds on Digital Products

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed unless there is a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law.
