The useful answers before you send the idea, order the thing, upload the photo or wonder if your oddly specific request is too oddly specific.

It probably is not. Those are usually the good ones.

Ordering

How does ordering work? +

Choose the product you want, select the available options, add your personalisation details and complete checkout.

For custom products, I’ll review the order details before starting. If anything important is missing, I’ll get in touch. Gently. Probably.

What information do I need to provide? +

It depends on the product, but usually I’ll need things like a name, team or club name, colours, jumper number, wording, photos and any details you definitely want included.

A clear brief is helpful. A mildly chaotic explanation with screenshots also works. We are flexible here.

Can I order something that is not listed in the shop? +

Yes. Custom requests are welcome.

If you have an idea that does not fit neatly into one of the listed products, send it through using the contact page and I’ll let you know if it is something I can help with.

Can you match a team, club or colour theme? +

Yes, I can design around team colours, club colours, uniforms, themes or general style references.

Please provide clear photos or colour details where possible. Screenshots are welcome. The camera roll finally gets its moment.

Photos

What kind of photo works best? +

A clear, well-lit photo works best. For caricature-style work, a front-facing or slightly angled photo with the face clearly visible is ideal.

Avoid blurry photos, heavy shadows, sunglasses, filters, screenshots of screenshots and tiny cropped photos from 2017. Respectfully.

How do I send my photo? +

If the product page has an upload option, upload your image before adding the product to cart.

If upload is not available, place your order and then email your photo with your order number in the subject line.

What if my photo is not suitable? +

If the photo is not suitable, I’ll get in touch before starting the design and ask for a better one.

I want the final piece to look good. Annoying standards, but useful.

Proofs + changes

Do I get to see a proof? +

Yes. Custom products include a digital proof before final files are supplied or printed.

This gives you a chance to check names, wording and general details before the design becomes officially official.

Are revisions included? +

Most custom products include one minor revision unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Minor revisions include small wording changes, name fixes, simple colour adjustments or small layout tweaks.

What counts as a major change? +

Major changes include changing the whole concept, swapping the main photo after artwork has started, changing the pose, changing the product format or asking for a completely different design direction.

Those may require an additional fee because, tragically, time continues to exist.

Digital + printed

What is the difference between digital and printed? +

A digital product is supplied as a file only. You can save it, share it or arrange your own printing depending on the product details.

A printed product is physically printed and posted to you.

Can I print my digital file myself? +

Yes, if the product you purchased includes a printable digital file.

Please note that colours can vary depending on your screen, printer, paper and print settings. Printers do enjoy having opinions.

Will printed colours look exactly like my screen? +

Not always. Printed colours can vary slightly from screen previews due to monitor settings, paper type, printer settings and production differences.

I do my best to keep things looking polished and consistent, but exact colour matching is not guaranteed.

Timing

How long will my order take? +

Turnaround times vary depending on the product, order size, current workload and how quickly all required details are supplied.

The product page will include the best guide, and I’ll confirm timing after reviewing your order if needed.

Can I request a rush order? +

Sometimes. Rush orders depend on availability and may include an additional fee.

If you need something quickly, send the idea through before ordering so I can confirm whether the timeline is realistic. Love ambition. Hate chaos pretending to be a deadline.

Returns + refunds

Can I cancel my order? +

If work has not started yet, cancellation may be possible.

Once design work has started, cancellation or refund options may be limited because the custom work is already underway.

Can I return a custom or personalised product? +

Custom, personalised and digital products are generally not refundable for change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me so I can review it and help where appropriate.

What if there is a mistake? +

If I have made an error, I’ll work with you to fix it.

Please check your proof carefully before approval, especially names, numbers, spelling and dates. Tiny details love causing drama.

Does this affect my rights under Australian Consumer Law? +

No. Nothing in this policy removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
