By using this website, placing an order or submitting a custom enquiry, you agree to the terms below.

About Sideline Studios

Sideline Studios is a small creative design studio creating custom graphics, printed pieces, digital downloads, templates, player cards, event details, packaging pieces and other creative projects.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

This includes names, spelling, dates, colours, addresses, photos, files and any other details needed to complete the order.

Sideline Studios is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Custom Work

Custom work may include design, illustration, layout, templates, printed pieces, team projects or one-off creative projects.

Before custom work begins, Sideline Studios may confirm:

the project scope
pricing
timeframe
required files or details
what is included
revision limits

Design work begins once required information and payment have been received.

Quotes

Custom projects may be quoted based on the brief.

Quotes may depend on:

project size
number of design pieces
level of detail
illustration requirements
printing
postage
turnaround time
additional revisions
extra formats or sizes

A quote is valid for the timeframe stated in the quote. If no timeframe is stated, the quote is valid for 14 days.

Payment

Payment is required before final files are supplied, printing begins or physical products are posted.

Some custom projects may require payment upfront or a deposit before work begins.

Larger projects may be split into deposit and balance payments.

Proofs and Approval

For custom work, a proof may be supplied before final delivery or printing.

Customers are responsible for checking proofs carefully.

Once a proof is approved, Sideline Studios is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof, including names, spelling, dates, numbers, colours, layout details or supplied information.

Please check the tiny things. They are tiny, but they are powerful.

Revisions

Most custom products include one minor revision unless otherwise stated.

Additional revisions, major changes, new design directions or changes to the original brief may incur extra fees.

Customer-Supplied Content

You confirm that you have permission to use any photos, logos, names, artwork, wording, files or references supplied to Sideline Studios.

You are responsible for ensuring customer-supplied materials do not infringe the rights of another person, business, club, brand, league or organisation.

Copyright and Ownership

Sideline Studios retains copyright in original design concepts, artwork, templates and creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

When you purchase a finished design, you receive permission to use the final supplied files for the agreed personal, team, club or business purpose.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, edit for resale or claim Sideline Studios designs as your own unless commercial rights have been agreed in writing.

Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be posted.

Digital downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

Printed Products

Printed colours may vary slightly from screen previews due to differences in screens, printers, inks and paper.

Sideline Studios will do its best to provide accurate files and printed products, but slight colour variations may occur.

Third-Party Printing and Suppliers

If files are printed by a third-party supplier chosen by the customer, Sideline Studios is not responsible for print quality, colour variation, trimming, paper choice or production errors by that supplier.

If Sideline Studios arranges printing, any issue will be reviewed based on the order and supplier process.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on project size, customer response time, revisions, printing, postage and current workload.

Delays in supplying required information, photos, approvals or payment may delay the project.
